How far is the airport from the venue?

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately 15 minutes (8.9 miles) from the venue. Please plan your trip accordingly as Atlanta is known for heavy traffic throughout the day.

How far is the distance between the hotel and the event?

The distance from The Omni Hotel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium is about 1 mile (1.6 kilometers). This short trip typically takes around 5 to 10 minutes by car or a leisurely 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The route is fairly straightforward, taking you through downtown Atlanta and providing a direct path to the stadium.

How do I get to and from the hotel and the stadium?

We will be providing on the hour shuttle busses between the stadium and the hotel. Please refer to our shuttle schedule below:

Ticket Information

What’s the different between Early Bird VIP and Regular VIP?

The difference is the Early Bird VIP Admission ticket price is $350. After March 4, 2025, the ticket price will be adjusted to $400. Be sure to get your ticket before this special deal ends.

What’s the difference between Early Bird General Admission and General Admission Ticket?

The difference is the Early Bird General ticket price is $250. After March 4, 2025, the ticket price will be adjusted to $300. Be sure to get your ticket before this special deal ends.

If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?

Yes, refunds are available up until May 20, 2025. Any refund requests after this date will not be honored unless special circumstances have occurred.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

No. There will be no onsite registration at this event. Please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance. Tickets will be available for purchase up until June 1st, or until tickets are sold out.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Business casual attire is fine for this event.

How long is the event for?

The event runs from June 4th and ends on June 6th.

Is food provided at this event? If so, are there accommodations for dietary restrictions?

Yes, food will be provided during the duration of the event. We will also provide, vegan/vegetarian options.

How do I become an Exhibitor and what’s included?
We offer two options for Exhibitor opportunities. We provide Standard Exhibitor Booth (10×10 Space) and Premium Exhibitor Booths (10×20 Space).

What type of Exhibitor Booths are Available?

– Standard Exhibitor Booths include:
One 6 ft. Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Booth Staff Tickets & 2 VIP Tickets
– Premium Exhibitor Booths include:
Two 6 ft. Tables, 4 Chairs, 5 Booth Staff Tickets, & 2 VIP Tickets

How do I register my Booth Staff?
You will be prompted with an additional question during your booth purchase check out to add the names and emails of your booth staff. If you’re having trouble with the process, please feel free to email Ashley Benoit.
How do I become a Sponsor?
We offer three Sponsor tiers, Bronze, Silver, & Gold. To become a Sponsor for The American Gift 2025, click here.  When looking at the event map click “Skip Booth Selection” and the options for Sponsorships will be available on the next page.
